| Installation of Linear travel Actuator |
|
1.The protection hood has to be removed for actuator wire distribution, adjustment, inspection and maintenance etc., so there must be some gap reserved on top of actuator (see Diagram 6) 2.The actuator shall be positioned upright as much as possible for installation and reversed installation downward shall be prevented to avoid any difficulty to inspection and maintenance. 3.After the actuator is connected to the control valve through the support frame and when the output axis is connected to the valve rod with on/off nut, there must be a gap of 3-10 mm between the lower end of output axis and upper end of valve rod. 2 to 3 support frames can be provided for actuator of each specification to connect the actuator with national standard control valve. However, the output force of actuator shall be verified to see if it reaches the max. force to open or close the valve. |
